GEAR, Alexander Leo (Alex)

Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Saturday, October 2, 2021, age 87 years.  Beloved husband of the late Kathleen Mary (Kay) Birmingham (June 11, 2010). Dear father of Debbie Jobson of Peterborough.  Dear grandfather of Christopher (Jennifer) Wyborn and Leanne (Steve) Best both of Lansdowne, Ontario. Dear great grandfather of Ainsley and Jalynn Wyborn and Tristan Best.  Predeceased by his parents Alexander Gear and Catherine Slade, and his brothers and sisters.

Visitation for family and friends at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 12 noon - 1 p.m. on Friday, October 8, 2021. A Celebration of Alex's Life will be held in the DUFFUS CHAPEL on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 1 p.m.  Interment at St. Peter's Cemetery.
