Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, February 24, 2013 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Joseph (Dan) O'Connell (July 30, 1997). Survived by her sisters-in-law Norma Lowes and Lena Lowes, brother-in-law Gerard O'Connell and wife Shirley, her nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents David Lowes and Lena Irwin, sisters Olive Cummiskey, Derena Clark, and brothers Milton, Wallace, David, Thomas, Nelson and Jacob Lowes.
