Peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto on Sunday, March 6, 2011 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Rees Kenneth Powell for 65 years. Loving mother of Louise, Walter, Maureen, Kerry, Tammie and Brian. Dear grandmother of 19 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Donald (Helen) Armstrong, and Gerry Armstrong. Dear sister-in-law of Eleanor Armstrong and Myrtle Armstrong. Pre-deceased by her parents Edward Armstrong and Marguerite Baumer, brothers Robert, Emile (Wren), Edward, sister Eunice Weir (Clarence)and sister-in-law Kitty Armstrong.
