Passed away peacefully at Case Manor, Bobcaygeon on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Edward (Ed) Comeau d. July 4, 1994. Loving mother of Patricia and husband Timothy Colton of Wellesley, Massachusetts, USA, and Maryelaine (Laine) Welbourn of Peterborough. Dear grandmother of Tara, Candace (John), Patricia (Paul) and Katherine (Owen) and dear great grandmother of Robert, Laura, Jayden and Laila. Predeceased by her parents Frank Podhorney and Sophia Talerak.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at the CATHEDRAL OF ST. PETER-IN-CHAINS on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Visitation and reception following the Funeral Mass in the Bishop Doyle Knights of Columbus Hall. Private family inurnment at Rosemount Memorial Gardens.
