Peacefully in her 81st year surrounded by her children at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Palliative Care on Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Wife of Bill Johnson (pre-deceased 2001). Dear mother of Brenda Grass and husband Rick of Alberta, Bill Johnson and wife Cheryl of Peterborough, Laurie Bovair and husband Terry of Peterborough. Nana of Steve, Lisa and Ricky Grass, Jordan and Chris Johnson, Ashley and Nina Bovair and her best friend Cocoa. Pre-deceased by her parents William and Rose Leahy, brothers Leo, Harry, Bill and Jack and sisters Isabel, Joan and Mary and her grandson Daniel Grass. Anne was a lifetime employee of Bell Canada and a 46 year member of the Lioness Club. The family would like to thank the Staff of Palliative Care, the Access Centre and ProHome Health Services for their care and support and Dr. Ragaz (a true friend).

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 4-8 p.m. Friday. (Lioness Memorial Service 8 p.m. Friday.) Funeral Service in the DUFFUS CHAPEL on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 11 a.m. Cremation followed by a private family inurnment at Highland Park Cemetery.
