Loving father of Theresa (Ron) Hamersma, Terry (Crystal) O'Brien and Arlene (David) Errington. Dear grandfather of Justin and Clayton Hamersma and Jacob O'Brien. Dear brother of Richard (Dick) O'Brien of Norwood, Wilma Moloney of Warsaw and Dorothy Clancy of Port Hope. Dear brother-in-law of Jim (Shirley) Carlow, Wayne (Elaine) Carlow and Gail (Bob) Nihill of Peterborough. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his parents William O'Brien and Annie Cavanagh and sisters Marie Cranley, Genevieve Carlow and Helen Leahy.
