Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in her 71st year. Beloved wife of the late Stephen Ambrose Morrissey (June 7, 2009). Loving mother of Michelle Morrissey (Mike O'Rourke), Marnie Benedict (Barry), Mike Morrissey (Jennifer). Dear grandmother of Mitchell and Matthew. Dear sister of Doreen Goodman (Clarence), George Kemp (Shelagh Fry), Colleen Hodgson, Elaine Grills (Bruce), Ted Kemp (Kathy), Wayne Kemp (Carole), and Linda McKeen (Bob), and dear sister-in-law of Wilson Lytle. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents George Kemp and Mildred Mae Howe, sisters Mildred St. Thomas (Late Bill), Margorie Young (Late Bob), June Shortt (late Don), Bernice Lytle, Gordon Kemp, and brother-in-law Frank (Buzz) Hodgson.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 10 a.m. Reverend Leo Coughlin officiating. Interment Highland Park Cemetery. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
