COUGHLIN, Charles Eymard – 1924 – 2019

It is with deep regret that Father Leo Coughlin, Jerry, Anne and Shirley tell you that our brother Charlie has gone to his eternal home.  He lived 95 years on the home farm in the Township of Asphodel.  Unfortunately, he became ill and had to be hospitalized.  He died on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre in Peterborough.  A long time dairy farmer, volunteer for the Norwood Fair, an active member of the Holstein Association and member of St. Paul's Knights of Columbus.  He is survived by his two brothers Father Leo and Gerald (Anne) both of Peterborough and one sister Shirley Hartwick of Norwood.  Predeceased by his parents Charles and Agnes (Cleary), brother Richard (Flora), sisters Rita (Xavier Dupuis), Patricia (Leonard Carroll), Audrey (Gus Faux), Barbara (Bud Sanderson), Mary (Joe Saliba) and Carmel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019 in ST. PAUL'S CATHOLIC CHURCH IN NORWOOD, ONTARIO. Visitation will be 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. with Mass at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery in Norwood, Ontario.
