R.N., graduate of St. Joseph's Hospital, Peterborough, ON, 1935, in her 96th year on Thursday February 14, 2008 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Hospital Drive, Peterborough, formerly of Riviera Beach, Florida. Wife of Martin (1982). Dearest mother of Marlene Parent (Horvath) (Ray) of Woodstock, and Marie Drummond of Peterborough. Sister of Ovila (1998), Clem (1998), Anna Roach (2003) and Gerard (1945). Grandmother of Charlene Yates (Shawn), Carole Tobin (Matt), Gary Fontaine, Brian Fontaine, Karen Fase (Rick), John Fontaine (2003), Christine Gignac (Tom) (1994) all of Windsor, and Anne White, Marie Drummond, Donna Drummond, Carolyn Lawler (John) all of Peterborough. Christine is survived by 4 generations including 20 great and great great grandchildren.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, from 5-8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church on Friday February 22, 2008 at 10 a.m. Reverend Raymond Rick officiating. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. Contributions to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind or the Parkinson Society would be appreciated by the family.
