KOHLMAN, Dale Joan
After a long and courageous battle with cancer it is with great sadness the family of Dale Joan Kohlman announces her death on January 11, 2012 at the age of 50. The family extends their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. She will be deeply missed and remembered by her loving husband and best friend Les Kohlman, her two children Melissa and partner Spencer Monckton of Ottawa and Doug of Peterborough. Her sister and brother-in-law Brenda and John Williams of Calgary. Her nieces Erin Smith and Heather Taylor of Calgary. Her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Keith and Deb, Ken and Colleen, Kay, Rick and Melanie Kohlman, Bob Kohlman and Tracy Orr, Sonja Kohlman and Wayne Sandor of Calgary, Carol and Albert Pike of Cranbrook, Jackie and Scott Foy of Edmonton and numerous nieces and nephews. Her mother-in-law and father-in-law Toni and August Kohlman of Calgary and many friends and co-workers. Dale enjoyed gardening and took great delight in watching the birds, butterflies, rabbits and squirrels in her backyard. She enjoyed many vacations they took as a family.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 12-1 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2012. A celebration of Dale's life will be held in the DUFFUS CHAPEL on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Peterborough or the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
