Peacefully surrounded by family at Victoria Manor, Lindsay on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Ivan Russell Hendren (May 29, 1994). Cherished mother of Sandra Keon, husband Lorne of Pembroke, Linda Hendren, husband George Crossman of Toronto, Mary Lou Hartley, husband Greg of Aurora and John Hendren, wife Cindy of Omemee. Much loved grandmother of Jennifer, Christopher, Alexander; Charlie, Amy; Reid, Alison; Stephanie, Jessica and Vanessa. Dear great grandmother of Charlotte and Sophie. Dear sister-in-law of Helen (Babe) Blodgett of Bowmanville; Mary and Barney Dundas of Peterborough and Joan and Roy Myers of Peterborough. Pre-deceased by brothers Gerry, Harry, Joseph, Earl, Wallace and Ken Blodgett, and sisters Margaret McCormick, Ella Mae Garskey, June Conners and Marcelle Kelly. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and their families and special friend Mary Anne Levasseur. We wish to acknowledge her long time family physician, Dr. Richard, all the staff at Victoria Manor, Dr. Dickson, and special companion, Maureen Whiteside who supported and cared for our mother with such respect, compassion and skill.

ALPHONSUS LIGUORI CHURCH on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment Highland Park Cemetery.
