PAQUETTE, Edna  1923 - 2019 (née O'Brien)

Passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 21, 2019 in Brampton, Ontario in her 96 ^th year. Loving wife of Alphonse (Bud) d. December 2002. Dear mother of Yvonne Paik (Sang), Yvette Chambers d. 2013, husband John d. 2012, Margery (Midge) Johnson, husband Mark d. 2015 and Yvele Paquette-Fredrickson (Kevin). Devoted grandmother to Paul, Terra, Sehoon, Gloria, Angela, Scott, Chad, Todd, Jennifer and Nicholas. Great-grandmother to 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.  Also survived by her brother Bernard O'Brien, sister-in law Dorothy O'Brien and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Edna was a loyal member of the Catholic Women's League (CWL) for 69 years.

Visitation will be held at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South, Peterborough from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2019. (Parish Prayers 7:45 p.m. Friday.) Funeral Mass at the CATHEDRAL OF ST. PETER-IN-CHAINS on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at St. Peter's Cemetery. In memory of Edna, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
