O'DONNELL, Elizabeth

Peacefully at Springdale Country Manor on Saturday, June 7, 2008 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) O'Donnell (August 8, 1986). Loving mother of Lynn Corke (pre-deceased), Eric and wife Judy of Toronto, Mike and wife Rhonda of Peterborough and Vicki and husband Keith Monk of Peterborough. Dear grandmother of Robbie (pre-deceased), Shannon, Ryan, Patrick, Evan, Terri, Krista, Erica and Alex. Pre-deceased by brothers Humphrey and Hubert Henderson. Daughter of the late Beatrix and George Henderson of Scone, Scotland. Elizabeth was a proud member of the Women's Auxiliary Air Force in Britain during World War II. Shortly after the war, she emigrated to Canada as a war bride where she began her new life with Bill.

Visitation at the DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Service in the DUFFUS CHAPEL on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. Reverend Paul Massel officiating. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family
