Peacefully at St. Joseph's at Fleming on Sunday, May 15, 2011 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late James Victor (Vic) Brown (June 15, 1998). Loving mother of Richard of Calgary and Ron and wife Katie of Peterborough. Dear grandmother of Jay (Michelle) Brown of Calgary, Susan (Tod) Engelhart of Calgary, Christopher Brown of Toronto, Matthew Brown and Richard Brown both of Peterborough. Dear great grandmother of Reese, Reid, Engelhart and Celina Smith and Carter, Remy, Avery and Hannah Brown. Dear sister-in-law of Betty Evers, Azella Brown and Jackie Duffus. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents and a brother Woody Evers.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Friday. Funeral Service in the DUFFUS CHAPEL on Friday, May 20th, 2011 at 1 p.m. Cremation followed by a private family interment at Rosemount Memorial Gardens.
