Peacefully at St. Joseph's at Fleming on Monday, November 3, 2008 in her 94th year. Pre-deceased by her parents William O'Toole and Martha Leahy and brothers Gerald, Oscar, Bernard, Clement and Lawrence O'Toole and sister Lillian Hoar. Mom to Terry and Nana to Megan and Kathleen. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and other extended family members.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday. (Parish Prayers 7:30 p.m. Thursday) Funeral Mass in Cathedral of St. Peter-in-Chains on Friday, November 7, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Reverend Andrew Begin officiating. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
