At his residence on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 in his 68th year. Loving son of Catharine Devlin (nee O'Brien) of Douro and the late James Devlin. Dear brother of Jim of Indian River, Eileen Heffer of Peterborough, Cathy (Bill) Kettle of Douro, Leona of Indian River, Dorothy (Doug) Perdue of Indian River, Larry and wife Norma of Douro, Andy and wife Rose of Douro, John and wife Monica of Indian River, Barbara Dickson of Peterborough, Bernice (Mike) Heffernan of Douro, Pauline (Brian) Dickson of Peterborough, and David and wife Adele of Douro. Dear brother-in-law of Brian Kaiser, Marie Devlin and Marlene Devlin. Frank will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his brothers Bernard and Mike Devlin and sister Patricia Kaiser.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday (Parish Prayers 3:45 p.m. Friday). Funeral Mass in ST. JOSEPH'S CHURCH, DOURO on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Douro.
