Suddenly at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Sylvia (nee Girard) for 39 years. Gary will be missed by Matt, Colleen, Mark, Timmy, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Pre-deceased by his parents Garnet (Luke) Jamieson and Marguerite Conroy.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday. (Knights of Columbus Council 798 Prayers 7:30 p.m. Thursday). Funeral Mass in the CATHEDRAL OF ST. PETER-IN-CHAINS on Friday, August 7, 2009 at 10 a.m. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
