Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's at Fleming, on Saturday, January 19, 2019 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Marion Redmond. Loving father of Danny (Nancy), Jane (Mike), Suzanne (Mike) and Kate. Dear grandfather of Tracy (Reid), Shane, Kelly, Sarah and Carrie Sullivan; Ryan (Julie), Kate, Maggie (Josh), Dennis (Michelle), and Connor (Shannon) Treacy; Casey (Brittany) and Danny Murphy.  Dear great grandfather of 11 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Rita Shaughnessy of Peterborough. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents John Sullivan and Regina Doherty, sisters Verna Shaughnessy, Regina Fleming, Mary Simmons and Marguerite Brioux and brothers Bill and Jack Sullivan. There will be no visitation.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 11 a.m. Private family interment at  St. Joseph's Cemetery, Douro. In memory of Red, donations to the Alzheimer Society or St. Joseph's at Fleming Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
