McGRATH, Gisèle Lucienne (nee LaSalle)

Passed away peacefully at Riverview Manor on February 24, 2022 in her 93rd year. Born on April 2, 1929 to David LaSalle and Yvonne Lemaire. Cared for by Alexandre and Claire (Lemaire) Pigeon. One of twelve children. Beloved wife of sixty eight years to Francis McGrath. Dear mother to the late Philip (d. September 26, 2019) and Denis (d. July 18, 1953) McGrath. Loving grandmother to Michael, Deborah, and Jennifer McGrath. Proud great grandmother of Tavis, Paden, Madeline and Zadie McGrath. Sadly missed and remembered by relatives and friends.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Friday, March 4, 2022. Funeral Mass at the CATHEDRAL OF ST. PETER-IN-CHAINS on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. (Face coverings will be required for those attending the visitation and funeral). Cremation followed by a private family interment in Bryson, Quebec. In memory of Gisèle, donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society would be appreciated by the family.
