Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Saturday March 24, 2012 in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late Gerald (Gerry) O'Brien (November 7, 2007). Loving mother of Shelley Anne O'Brien and Victoria Lynn O'Brien. Proud grandmother of Justin and Brett Watson. Loving sister of Dorothy (Harry) Gaebel of Belleville and Carol Ann (Derek) Johnson of Ottawa. Dear sister-in-law of Margaret Ann Delore (late husband Leonard) of Courtice, Marie Watts (late husband Bill) of Toronto and James (Dorothy) O'Brien of Peterborough. Loving aunt to several nieces and nephews and their families. Pre-deceased by her parents Noah Delore and Eileen Prevost, infant son Laverne Gerald, brother Leonard Delore, as well as Arthur Bosley.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION CHURCH, OTONABEE on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Hall. Interment Highland Park Cemetery.
