Suddenly at her residence on Sunday, October 11, 2009 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Gary (Garnet) Belfry (d. April 17, 1974). Loving mother of Ann (John) Wiley, Gloria (Bob) Williams, Bev Johnston, Gary (Kim) Belfry, son Jim (d. October 18, 1997), Marmie (Wayne) Haig and dear mother-in-law of Linda Belfry (Craig). Dear grandmother of Richard (Jenn) Wiley, Lynn (Steve) Nichols; Julie (Jim) Crowley, Kevin (Andrea) Williams; Tracey Johnston, and Tania (Greg) Villa; Rob Belfry, Eliza (Kirk) Nicholson, Luke (Jessica) Belfry; Bryan (Steph), Chad (Mel), Mark (Shannon) Belfry; and Lisa (Jeff) Bowers; and Dean (Jenn). Dear great grandmother of Caleb, Jaycee and Megan; Katie, Cody, Nathan and Nadia; Lindsay and Michael; and Keegan. Pre-deceased by her parents Michael Heffernan and Teresa Garvey, brothers William, Francis, Emmett and James Heffernan and sisters Mary Moher, and Veronica (Verna) Torpey.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Mass at ST.
