Peacefully at Riverview Manor on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Viola Leeson. Dear brother of Joseph (Yvonne) Leahy, Olive (Ben) Keller, Barbara (Larry) Longo, and Clement (Kerrie) Leahy. Will be missed by Jim Driscoll and many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his parents John F. Leahy and Mary Condon, sisters Maude Brown, and Gertrude Lynch, brothers Emmett and Fred Leahy and cousin Betty Driscoll.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m Thursday (Parish Prayers 7:30 p.m. Thursday.) Funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Douro on Friday. December 5, 2008 at 1 p.m. Reverend Andrew Begin officiating. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Douro. Donations to the Five Counties Children's Centre, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
