Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Peterborough on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Marion. Predeceased by his first wife Elizabeth (Betty) d. November 19, 2000. Loving father of John (Audrey), Bob (Dawn), Tom (Sonia), and Lori (Joe deceased). Grandfather of Briel (Tammy), Melanie (Barry), Derek (Emily), Shauna (Jim), Bridie (Graham), Candace (Ken), Sera (Ian), and great grandchildren Alyn, Christian, Justin, Chevelle, Levi, Kingston, Safiya, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Riley, Matthew, Reed, Ella, Emma, Leah. Brother of June Hunter. Fondly remembered by Marion's family – Bill (Beth), Jim, Tom (Judy), Dave, Susan (Bruce Ristau), grandchildren Darrell, Jenn, Matt, Jeromy, Jessica, Rob, Scott, Jeff, Eric, Amy, Amanda, Christy, Ben, Luke, Jason, great grandchildren Talon, Nayla, Jayda, Aiden, Ella, Emily, Zach, Breana, Sara, Alexis, Taylor, Austin, Rian, McKenna and great great grandchildren Lilly and Declan.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 12:30 – 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2018 followed by a Celebration of Jim's life at 1 p.m. in the DUFFUS CHAPEL.
