McBRIDE, Jean Marjorie  October 13, 1920 – July 26, 2022 (nee Ivatt)

Passed away peacefully at Centennial Place, Millbrook on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in her 102nd year. Beloved wife of the late Allan Charles McBride (March 23, 2001).  Loving mother of Larry (Darlene) and Kenneth (Elsie).  Dear grandmother of Cory, Amanda (Nathan), Samantha (Adam) and Kurtis (Enza).  Dear great grandmother of Eric, Levi, James and Julia.  Dear sister of Bessie Millgate and Lavigne Adams. Predeceased by her parents Abraham Ivatt and Ethel Blodgett, brothers Allan and Charlie,  and sisters Muriel, Doris, and Gladys.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from  6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, then visitation at MARK STREET UNITED CHURCH, 90 Hunter Street East from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 followed by the Celebration of Jean's Life at 1 p.m. Reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall. Interment at Rosemount Memorial Gardens. In memory of Jean, donations to Mark Street United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
