Dear grandmother of Donna, Dan, Shawna; Brad and Chris (Danielle). Dear great grandmother ("GiGi") of Brooklyn and Colton. Dear sister of John and Lois Phelan. Pre-deceased by her parents John Phelan and Florence Winn.
