Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday, February 7, 2009 in his 68th year. Beloved husband of the late Carole Ann Jeffrey (May 18, 2007). Loving father of Michele Buckley (Steve MacNaughton), and Ted Beamish (Jacqueline Callaghan). Dear grandfather of Andrew, Melissa, Michael, Matthew, Kris, Nikki and D.J. Dear brother of Elizabeth Davies (Russ). Loving uncle of Heather Lewis (Tom), Jeff Davies (Renata) and great uncle of Corrin and Liam. Pre-deceased by his parents Harold and Margaret Beamish.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Otonabee on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Rosemount Memorial Gardens. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
