Passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at the age of 52 years. Beloved son of the late James Fitzpatrick Q.C. and Rita Fitzpatrick (nee Morarity). Loving brother of James (Angie), Shelagh McGinty (late Barry), and Kate (Jackie). Dear uncle of Liam, and Aidan, Zachary and Maggie, Steve and Rhondene, Nolan, Gilleen, Jordan and Emma. Dear nephew of Peter (Cathy) and Mary.

The family will receive friends at the AUDITORIUM OF CALVARY CHURCH, 1421 Lansdowne Street West from 5-8 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2016, followed by a Celebration of John's life on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the PVNCCDSB (Good Samaritan Emergency Response Fund) or the Peterborough Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
