Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, age 50 years. Beloved wife of Charles Albert Welch Jr. Cherished daughter of Christine Budgell. Sister-in-law of Michael Welch and Tammy Welch. Lovingly remembered by her  aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her step-father Alexander (Al) Budgell.
