DUIGNAN, Liam Francis

April 1, 1995 - June 24, 2023

Our beautiful son, Liam Francis Duignan, passed away suddenly and peacefully in his sleep on June 24, 2023. We will always remember his passion for basketball, his love of music but most all his gift of laughter and conversation. They say comedy is life viewed at a distance, making the painful moments experienced softened by shared humour. And that was a gift he shared often. Oh how we need your wit now. You will always be our beloved Irish boyo, we wish you Godspeed on your next journey and look forward to when we next meet again. Liam leaves behind his parents Kevin and Cathy Duignan, his sister Sarah (Adrian Alonso), his niece Rey, his grandparents, Tom and Betty O'Grady, Aunt Karen O'Grady, Uncle Dave O'Grady, and his beloved Duignan clan of aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Anne and Frank Duignan and infant sister, Angela. You are never more than a memory away.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday July 4 from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME. Funeral Mass at ST. ANNE'S CHURCH, Peterborough at 11 a.m. on Wednesday July 5, reception to follow at church hall. Interment will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 6 at Resurrection Cemetery, Whitby.
