JOHNSTON, Madeline

Passed away peacefully at Riverview Manor, on Monday, June 20, 2022 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late John Todd and the late Edward Johnston. Loving mother of David (Pauline) Johnston.  Dear step-mother of Peggy (Ken) Moody, late Edward (Joan) Johnston, late Tom (Karen) Johnston, Patrick (Mary) Johnston, Robert Johnston and Marianne (Mike) Hendren. Dear grandmother of Shane (Maxime) Johnston and Joshua (Alexandria) Johnston. Lovingly remembered by her six step grandchildren and ten step great grandchildren. Madeline is predeceased by her parents Robert and Catherine Able, sisters Ethel, Catherine, Jeanette, Elsie and brothers Robert and David.  Special thanks to Debbie and the staff at Riverview Manor for their compassionate care of Madeline and the family.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 7-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022. A Celebration of Madeline's Life will be held at Little Lake Cemetery on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 2 p.m.  In memory of Madeline, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
