Peacefully at St. Joseph's at Fleming on Friday, August 14, 2009, 2 weeks before her 94th birthday. Beloved wife of the late George Stanley O'Brien (April 25, 1992). Loving mother of Doris Brick (Thomas), Marianne Brick (late James), Elaine Brick (late Raymond), Julie Flagler, Lorna Green (Michael), Karen O'Keefe (Kevin). Dear grandmother of 21 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Laureen Doran (Joe), and Vince Doris (Anita). Dear sister-in-law of Evelyn Doris and Stasia Doris. Pre-deceased by her parents Herbert Doris and Mary Corkery, brothers Jack, Frank, Cyril (late Joan), Basil and Joseph Doris, and great grandson Andrew Farquharson.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. (Parish Prayers 3:45 p.m. Tuesday). Funeral Mass in the CATHEDRAL OF ST. PETER-IN-CHAINS on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 10 a.m. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.
