Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday, August 2, 2008 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Docherty (July 7, 1996). Loving father of Yvonne and husband Robert Cameron of Lindsay, Pauline and husband Jim Allen,Lucille and husband Gerald Adams and Lorraine and husband Robert Davidson all of Peterborough; Paul and Lucien both pre-deceased. Dear grandfather of Tina (David) Mair , Jerry (Janice) Rosebush, Paul (Toni) Rosebush, Jason (Maureen) Adams, Andrea and Geoffrey Davidson. Dear great grandfather of Carlin and Chad; Devon, Ashley and Daniele; and Makai. Dear brother of George (Janice) Brasseur and Simone Mainville; 11 sisters and 1 brother pre-deceased. Son of the late Ernest Brasseur and Victoria Houle. Cherished companion of Gladys Covert.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. (Royal Canadian Legion Service 1:45 p.m. Wednesday. Parish Prayers 3:30 p.m. Wednesday) Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 10 a.m. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.
