BRUNEAU, Philibert Victor Joseph (Phil) of Peterborough, Ontario (June 21, 1914 - June 2, 2013)
At the age of 98, it is with regret and sorrow that we announce the demise of our father who left us on June 2, 2013 to be with our beloved mother, the late Rose-Anne (Desormeaux) Bruneau. Son of the late Joseph and Emilie Bruneau. Loving father of Albert (Sue-Ellen) of Florida, Jeanne Jones (Robert) of Pickering, Edgar of Peterborough, Gerald (Cindy), Roland (Jeanette) both of Brampton, Cecile Bruneau (Les) of Orillia, Loretta Billings (Jack) of Gooderham, and Irene Bellefeuille (Eddie) of Elliot Lake. Pre-deceased by his 12 sisters. Will be sadly missed by his loving grandchildren, and his great grandchildren, his many nieces and nephews. The Family wishes to express their gratitude to St. John's Centre, Peterborough, for their empathy towards our father. A special thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at PRHC Unit B-3, for the care of our father during his stay there.

Visitation will be at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013 and 10-11 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013. Funeral Service in the DUFFUS CHAPEL on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial Service in Hanmer Cemetery on Friday June 21, 2013 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
