Passed away peacefully at  Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Sunday, December 11, 2016 in her 93rd year. Wife of the late George Young (d. November 8, 1966). Beloved mother of Barbara Ann Rosborough of Peterborough.  Loving grandmother of Troy and wife Robin of Peterborough. Daughter of the late Stewart Thorndyke and Lily Maidment.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 6-8 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2016.   Funeral Service in the DUFFUS CHAPEL on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Reverend Crystal Moore officiating.
