MOHER, Vera Mae

Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday, September 30, 2017 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Fergus Moher d. May 4, 1999.  Loving mother of Leona Moher (Karl) of Douro, Barbara Walsh (Bernard) of Hastings, Nancy Melanson (Larry) of Peterborough, Janet McMorrow (Kevin) of Warman, Saskatchewan, Stephen predeceased, Gerald Moher (late Linda) of Douro, Zita Jones (Terry) and Albert Moher of Peterborough, Suzanne Carlow (Murray), and Maria O'Grady (Tom) of Douro and mother-in-law of Rita Larocque.  Dear grandmother of  32 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.  Predeceased by her parents Edward Lynch and Bertha Shaughnessy and sisters Geraldine Guyatt and Leona Leahy.

Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2017. Funeral Mass at ST. JOSEPH'S CHURCH, DOURO on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.  Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Douro.
